How to Access Your Dashboard Quickly (Complete Overview of Account & Tools)

Your KeaBuilder Dashboard is the control center of your entire account. From here, you can track your subscriptions, monitor your earnings, analyze traffic, manage contacts, and access shortcuts to quickly create websites, funnels, courses, and more. Follow these steps to access and explore it:

Login to Your Account

  • Open your browser and go to www.keabuilder.com. Keadocs
  • On the Home Page, click the Login button at the top right corner. Keadocs
  • Enter your Login ID and Password, then click Sign In. Keadocs
  • Once signed in, you’ll be redirected to your Main Dashboard. Keadocs

Check Your Subscription/Plan

  • At the top of your Dashboard, you’ll see your Current Subscription/Plan details.
  • This section displays your plan type (Seed, Sprout, Beta, Startup, Entrepreneur).
  • If you ever need to upgrade or switch your plan, simply click the Upgrade Button here for a quick upgrade process.

Monitor Your Sales & Earnings

  • Just below the Welcome message, you’ll see an overview of your Monthly & Yearly Earnings.
  • This helps you keep track of your revenue performance at a glance, without digging into detailed reports.

View & Manage Your Contacts

  • Next to the earnings section, you’ll find a Contacts Box.
  • This area shows:
    • Recently added contacts
    • Total number of contacts
    • A graphical chart representation of your contact growth over time

Analyze Traffic & Visitor Insights

  • Below the contacts, you’ll see the Traffic Analysis Section.
  • Here, you can filter your data by Date, Week, Month, or Custom Range.
  • You’ll also get insights across multiple categories, such as:
    • Website pages & funnel pages
    • Total page views and clicks
    • Bounce rate & opt-in rate
    • Total opt-ins and total sales
    • Visitor insights (new, returning, desktop, mobile)
    • Time spent on pages & conversion rates
  • This gives you a complete picture of your audience behavior and sales funnel performance.

  • On the right-hand side of the Dashboard, you’ll notice multiple Quick Access Boxes.
  • These boxes let you directly jump into creating:
    • Websites
    • Funnels
    • Courses
    • Products/Checkouts
  • Instead of navigating through menus, you can use these shortcuts to start building instantly.
