How to Delete a Lesson in KeaBuilder
Deleting a lesson in KeaBuilder is a quick and straightforward process. It helps you remove outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary content from your courses to keep them organized and relevant for your members. However, once a lesson is deleted, it cannot be retrieved unless you recreate it—so it’s important to double-check before confirming the deletion.

✅ Pro Tips for Deleting Lessons
- Double-Check Before Deleting – Make sure the lesson isn’t still in use or needed for future reference.
- Backup Important Content – If a lesson contains valuable information, copy or export the content before deleting it.
- Communicate with Students – If the lesson was live or visible to users, consider notifying them about the change in advance.
- Use Draft Instead of Delete (Optional) – If you’re unsure about removing a lesson permanently, consider using the Draft feature to temporarily hide it from users.
