How to Edit Announcements of a Course

Login to KeaBuilder

  • Enter your credentials and log in. Keadocs
  • You will land on the Main Dashboard after successful login.

Go to the Courses Section

  • From the Vertical Menu on the left side, scroll down to find “Courses” and click on it. Keadocs

Navigate to the Courses Page

  • By default, you’ll first be redirected to the Memberships Section.
  • Next to Memberships, click on “Courses” to open the Courses Page where all your courses are listed (if any).

Select the Desired Course

  • Click on the course where you want to edit announcements. Keadocs
  • By default, you’ll be taken to the Layout Tab of the course. Keadocs
  • Next to Layout, click on the “Announcements” Tab to open the announcements area. Keadocs

Open the Announcements Dashboard

  • Here you’ll see the list of all announcements created for that course (if any).
  • If no announcements exist, this section will appear blank.

Edit an Announcement

  • Locate the announcement you want to edit.
  • On the right side of that announcement, click on the Edit Icon (pencil). Keadocs
  • This will open the Announcement Editor Page.

Update the Announcement Details

  • Modify the Title, Content, and Notification Toggle (on/off) as needed. Keadocs
  • Review your changes carefully.

Save Changes

  • Once done, click Save to apply your updates. Keadocs
  • The edited announcement will now appear updated on the Announcements Dashboard. Keadocs
