How to Create a New Support Ticket in KeaBuilder
KeaBuilder provides a dedicated Support Ticket System to help you quickly resolve any issues or queries related to your account, billing, or technical features. Submitting a ticket ensures that your concern is recorded, tracked, and resolved by the support team in an organized manner.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Support Ticket
Login to Your KeaBuilder Account
- Open your browser and visit www.keabuilder.com.
- From the Home Page, click the Login button.
- Enter your Login ID & Password, and you will land on your Dashboard.
Navigate to the Support Section
- On the Horizontal Menu, click on Support Tickets.
- This will redirect you to the Support Page where you can view existing tickets or create a new one.
Create a New Ticket
- Underneath the horizontal menu, click the “+” (plus) icon to create a new support ticket.
- A form will open asking for details related to your issue.
Fill in Ticket Details
- Select the Type of Issue from the dropdown (e.g., Account & Billing or Technical).
- Provide your Email ID for correspondence.
- Enter a clear Subject Line for your issue (e.g., “Billing Error – Incorrect Charge”).
- Write a Short Message explaining the concern.
- (Optional) Attach supporting documents/screenshots (up to 3MB) to help the support team understand the issue faster.
Submit the Ticket
- After filling out all details, click on Create.
- Your ticket will be submitted to the support team.
Receive Confirmation
- Once submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming your ticket creation along with a reference number.
- You can use this reference number to track the progress of your ticket.
