How to Create Courses in KeaBuilder
Creating courses in KeaBuilder allows you to structure and organize your educational content in a systematic way. Whether you are teaching online, managing membership content, or creating structured training material, KeaBuilder’s course creation feature makes the process smooth and intuitive.
Follow the detailed steps below to create a new course:
Step 1: Access the Memberships Section
- Go to the top menu bar in your KeaBuilder dashboard.
- Click on the “Memberships” option.
- This is where you can manage all membership-related content, including your courses, modules, and lessons.
Step 2: Open the Courses Panel
- Once inside the Memberships section, locate the “Courses” button at the top of the page.
- Click on it to access the Courses Panel where you can view, create, and manage your courses.
Step 3: Navigate to Course Management
- After clicking Courses, a panel will open showing all your existing courses.
- Here, you can see course details, make edits, and organize your content easily.
Step 4: Create a New Course
- To add a fresh course, click on the “Create New” button located at the top-right corner of the Courses Panel.
- A pop-up form will appear asking you to provide basic course details.
Step 5: Fill in Course Details
In the pop-up form, enter the following details:
- Course Title → Give your course a clear and descriptive name.
- Description → Briefly explain what your course covers.
- Additional Info → Add any optional fields if needed (such as instructor name, category, etc., depending on your course setup).
Once done, click on the “Add” button to create your course.
Step 6: Confirm Course Creation
- After submitting the details, your new course will instantly appear in the Courses Panel.
- From here, you can:
- Add Modules to structure your course content.
- Add Lessons within each module.
- Manage your course status (Published/Draft) based on your preferences.

- Create the Course → Overall framework.
- Add Modules → Divide your course into logical sections or themes.
- Add Lessons → Include individual topics, videos, documents, or quizzes inside each module.
