Help Doc – How to Import a Funnel Step from One Funnel to Another
You can easily move a specific funnel step from one funnel to another within Kea Builder using the Transfer Token. Follow these steps to migrate the funnel step successfully:
🔹 Step 1: Navigate to Funnels
From your Kea Builder dashboard, click on the “Funnels” option located in the left-side menu.
🔹 Step 2: Open the Source Funnel
In the Funnel Management window, locate the funnel that contains the step you want to transfer.
Click the “Edit” icon next to that funnel.
🔹 Step 3: Select the Funnel Step to Transfer
Within the funnel editor, choose the step you want to migrate and click the “Share” (➡️) icon.
A pop-up will appear prompting you to copy the Transfer Token.
🔹 Step 4: Open the Destination Funnel
Go back to the Funnels panel and open the funnel where you want to import the step.
Click the “Up Arrow” (⬆️) icon to initiate the import.
🔹 Step 5: Paste the Transfer Token
A pop-up will appear. Paste the Transfer Token you copied earlier.
Click on “Import” to confirm.
