How to Delete a Contact in Your CRM
Regularly removing outdated or irrelevant contacts ensures your CRM remains accurate, efficient, and easy to manage. Follow this quick guide to permanently delete a contact from your CRM in Kea Builder.
👣 Step-by-Step: Delete a Contact
🔹 Step 1: Open the CRM Panel
Navigate to the side menu and click on “CRM.”
🔹 Step 2: Access Contacts
In the CRM dashboard, click on “Contacts” to view your full list of contacts.
🔹 Step 3: Locate the Contact to Delete
Browse or search for the contact you want to remove.
Click the Delete (🗑️) icon next to the contact’s name.
🔹 Step 4: Confirm Deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you're sure.
Click “Yes” to permanently delete the contact.
A separate confirmation popup will also appear if you are deleting contacts in bulk.
⚠️ Note:
Deleted contacts cannot be recovered, so double-check before confirming.
