Keeping your order forms up to date ensures a smooth customer experience and accurate data collection. Follow the simple steps below to update any of your existing order forms in Kea.
🛠️ Steps to Update an Order Form
✅ Step 1: Access Sales
From the side menu, click on Sales.
✅ Step 2: Open the Checkout Section
Click on the Checkout button in the top menu.
✅ Step 3: Locate the Form
In the Checkout panel, browse your list of order forms.
✅ Step 4: Edit the Form
Click the Edit icon next to the order form you want to update.
✅ Step 5: Make Your Changes
Customize the form as needed using the builder tools provided.
✅ Step 6: Save Changes
Once done, click Save to apply your updates.
