How to Delete Products in the Sales Hub

Managing your products efficiently sometimes involves removing outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary products from your system. The Sales Hub in KeaBuilder CRM makes this process quick and straightforward while ensuring you confirm deletion to avoid accidental data loss.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to delete a product safely.

Step 1: Access the Sales Hub

  • Log in to your KeaBuilder account and navigate to your Dashboard.
  • From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Sales Hub to enter your product and sales management area.

Step 2: Open the Products Section

  • Within the Sales Hub, click on the Products option available in the top horizontal menu.
  • This will take you to your Products Dashboard, where all your previously created products are listed.

Step 3: Locate the Product You Want to Delete

  • On the Products Dashboard, scroll through the list and find the specific product you wish to remove.
  • On the extreme right side of the product row, click on the Delete icon (usually represented by a trash bin symbol).

  • Once you click the Delete icon, a confirmation popup will appear on your screen.
  • The popup ensures that you don’t accidentally delete important products.
  • Review the product details carefully and click Confirm or Yes, Delete if you’re sure about removing it.

  • As soon as you confirm, the selected product will be deleted immediately from your Products Dashboard.
  • If you had linked this product to any funnels, checkout pages, or automations, those associations will also be removed.

  • Deleted products cannot be recovered. Ensure you double-check before confirming deletion.
  • If the product is part of an active funnel or campaign, make sure to update those assets accordingly to avoid disruptions in your sales process.
  • For pricing-related changes, you don’t need to delete the product — instead, you can edit the product price directly from the Product Details Page.
