How to Customize an Order Form

Customizing an Order Form allows you to tailor the checkout experience to fit your brand and gather the right customer information. Follow the steps below to personalize your order form in Kea Builder.


🛠️ Steps to Customize an Order Form

✅ Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Panel

From the side menu, click on Sales to open the sales module.

Click on the Checkouts button from the top menu.

✅ Step 3: Open the Checkout Panel

The Checkout panel will now open, listing all your order forms.

✅ Step 4: Select the Order Form to Edit

Click the Customize icon next to the order form you wish to modify.

✅ Step 5: Edit Your Form

You’ll be redirected to the builder where you can:

  • Add or remove form fields
  • Update layouts and structure
  • Apply styles and branding
  • Configure payment and logic settings

✅ Step 6: Save Your Changes

Once your updates are complete, click Save to apply them to your live form.
