How to Update Tags in Your CRM
Keeping your tags up to date ensures your contact segmentation remains accurate and meaningful. Follow these simple steps to update any existing tag in your CRM system.

🔹 Step 1: Access the CRM
From the side menu, click on “CRM.”
🔹 Step 2: Open the Tags Section
Under the CRM panel, click on the “Tags” button.
🔹 Step 3: View Tags List
The Tags management area will open, displaying all your existing tags.
🔹 Step 4: Click the Edit Button
Find the tag you want to modify and click on its “Edit” icon.

A dialog box will appear. Enter the new name or changes for the tag.
