How to View Recurring Payments in the Sales Hub

The Recurring Payments feature in KeaBuilder allows you to track all payments linked to subscriptions or ongoing billing plans. Whether you’re managing membership fees, installment plans, or recurring product subscriptions, this section helps you easily monitor ongoing payments.

Follow these steps to view and manage your recurring payments effectively.

Step 1: Access the Sales Hub

  • Log in to your KeaBuilder account and go to your Dashboard.
  • From the left-side navigation menu, click on Sales Hub to manage all your products, transactions, and payment activities.

Step 2: Open the Orders Section

  • Inside the Sales Hub, click on Orders from the top horizontal menu.
  • This will redirect you to the Orders Dashboard, where you can view a complete list of all transactions processed through your account.

Step 3: Locate the Recurring Payments Option

  • On the Orders Dashboard, look below the horizontal menu.
  • Towards the extreme right, you’ll find the “Recurring Payments” option.

Step 4: Filter and View Recurring Payments

  • Click on the Recurring Payments option.
  • The dashboard will instantly filter your orders and display only those that are subscription-based or recurring in nature.
  • For each recurring payment, you’ll be able to view important details, such as:
    • Customer Name
    • Product or Plan Subscribed To
    • Payment Method
    • Billing Frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually)
    • Transaction Amount
    • Next Billing Date
    • Payment Status

  • These details help you:
    • Track upcoming payments to ensure no revenue is missed.
    • Monitor customer subscriptions and identify active versus inactive plans.
