How to Search Your Campaign
Managing multiple campaigns can become challenging, especially when you need to quickly locate a specific one. KeaBuilder’s CRM Panel makes this process simple with its built-in search feature, allowing you to find campaigns instantly without scrolling through the entire list. Follow the steps below for a seamless experience:
Step 1: Open the Campaign Panel
- From your CRM Panel, navigate to the left-side menu and click on the “Campaign” option.
- This will take you to the dedicated Campaign Management Dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Campaign Dashboard
- Once inside the Campaign section, you’ll see a complete overview of all your campaigns, including details like Campaign Name, Status, Sent On, Timezone, and Actions.
- This dashboard is your central hub for managing, editing, sorting, and searching campaigns efficiently.
Step 3: Locate the Search Panel
- Just below the horizontal menu bar, you will find a Search Panel.
- Here, you can enter specific details related to your campaign, such as:
- Campaign Name → e.g., “Welcome Series Email”
- Status → e.g., “Draft,” “Published,” or “Scheduled”
- Sent Date or Other Identifiers → if needed
Step 4: Enter Campaign Details
- Start typing the name or status of the campaign you are looking for into the search box.
- The system will instantly filter the results and highlight matching campaigns based on your search input.
Step 5: Review the Search Results
- If the entered details match any existing campaign, it will be displayed immediately for quick access.
- If no match is found, you’ll see a message such as “No results found” or “Nothing to show here.”

- Use precise campaign names or specific keywords for faster results.
- Combine the search feature with sorting options (by Name, Status, or Sent On) to manage campaigns even more effectively.
