How to Edit Your SMTP in KeaBuilder
Editing your SMTP details allows you to update or correct email sending credentials without adding a new server. KeaBuilder makes it simple to edit and manage your existing SMTP configurations for smooth email delivery.
Step-by-Step Guide
Login to KeaBuilder
- Log in to your KeaBuilder account.
- You’ll land on the Main Dashboard.
Go to CRM Dashboard
- From the Vertical Menu on the left, scroll down to CRM’s.
- Click it to open the CRM Dashboard, where you can view your overall CRM reports.
Open SMTP Settings
- In the Horizontal Menu at the top, next to Reports, click on Settings.
- This takes you to the SMTP Settings Page, where all your connected SMTP servers are listed.
Edit the SMTP Server
- From the list of SMTP servers, locate the one you want to edit.
- On the extreme right, click the Edit icon (pencil).
- A pop-up window will appear where you can modify the following details:
- Provider
- From Email
- Host
- Port
- Username
- Password
Save the Changes
- After making the necessary changes, click on Update.
- The updated information will automatically reflect on the SMTP List.
