How to Manage the Pricing of Your Offer
Setting the right pricing structure is essential for aligning your offers with both your revenue goals and customer expectations. Whether you're configuring a one-time payment, recurring subscription, or even a free offer, Kea provides a simple and flexible interface to manage your pricing with ease.
🛠️ Steps to Manage Offer Pricing
✅ Step 1: Access the Sales Section
From the side menu, click on the Sales option.
✅ Step 2: Open the Offers Panel
In the top navigation bar, select the Offers / Coupons button to access your offer list.
✅ Step 3: Edit the Desired Coupon/Offer
Locate the offer or coupon you want to modify and click on the Edit icon next to it.
✅ Step 4: Configure Coupon Details
In the edit view, update the following as needed:
- Coupon Name
- Coupon Code
- Type (Percentage or Fixed Amount)
- Discount Value
- Start & End Date / Time
- Usage Limits or Restrictions
✅ Step 5: Save the Changes
Click on the Save icon located at the top-right corner to apply and confirm your updates.
Tip: Always test your Coupon/Offer settings before publishing to ensure everything functions as intended.
