How to View One-Time Payments in the Sales Hub
In KeaBuilder, you can easily track all your one-time payments directly from the Sales Hub. This feature allows you to view payment details for orders that were made as single transactions instead of recurring payments.
Follow this step-by-step guide to access and review your one-time payments.
Step 1: Access the Sales Hub
- Log in to your KeaBuilder account and navigate to your Dashboard.
- From the left-side navigation menu, click on Sales Hub to manage your products, transactions, and payments.
Step 2: Open the Orders Section
- Inside the Sales Hub, click on Orders from the top horizontal menu.
- This will redirect you to the Orders Dashboard, where you can view a list of all the transactions linked to your account.
Step 3: Locate the One-Time Payments Option
- On the Orders Dashboard, look just below the horizontal menu.
- Towards the extreme right, you will see the “One-Time Payments” option.
Step 4: View One-Time Payment Details
- Click on the One-Time Payments option.
- The dashboard will filter and display only the transactions made as one-time payments.
- For each one-time payment, you can review details such as:
- Customer Name
- Product Purchased
- Payment Method
- Transaction Amount
- Payment Date
- Order Status
Step 5: Use the Data for Easy Tracking
- Once filtered, you can quickly analyze your one-time transactions for better financial tracking.
